Welcome to our home in the sun. Dean & I purchased our first property in La Manga Club in 2017
and bought El Rancho in 2022.

Our villa is in a prime position in El Rancho with outstanding panoramic sea and south golf course views. Set in mature landscaped gardens with private rear steps to the gardens and one of the 9 pools available for use for all El Rancho guests. Pool 8 is just 10 yards and Pool 9 only 35 yards from the rear of our villa. All pools have children’s paddling pools, parasols, sunbeds and showers. There is a grassed area between the pools, ideal for children to play.

Parking is directly outside the villa with just a couple of steps down to the landscaped and tiled front terrace and front door.

The villa is spacious, light, airy and peaceful, fully UPVC double glazed, fully air-conditioned and with ceiling fans. For the colder months there are heaters and a wood burner.

The rear terrace is a superb extra large dining and sunbathing area with built in BBQ. Leading off the rear terrace is a further terrace above with sun loungers.

The wonderful view of the Mar Menor and the South golf course is enjoyed from the rear and roof terraces, living room, master bedroom, pool double and the pool twin. Unlike other El Rancho villas, we have an additional front terrace and rockery garden area with awning and lounge chairs and table, ensuring sunshine at the villa throughout the day and evening and at all times of the year. This make a perfect alternative outdoor seating and relaxing area.

There are double doors from the open plan living /dining area to all terraces. The living room has a large smart tv with the added bonus of all satellite tv channels. There is a wood burning stove for the colder months too. The dining area seats eight people.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, coffee machines, crockery, cutlery and glasses and pretty much every utensil and serving dish you will need. There is a cloakroom on this floor too.

The stairs lead downstairs to:

Large hallway with under stair storage. Beach chairs and umbrellas, picnic cool box and pool noodles. Book case with selection of books.

Master bedroom en-suite

Large bedroom and dressing room with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. Extremely comfortable high quality superking bed with padded leather headboard, bedside tables and lamps with plug sockets and usb ports.

The room has patio doors with juliet balcony and a further door leading to private small terrace and steps leading down to the pool. En-suite with twin sinks, toilet, bidet and walk in shower.

The Pool Twin

Beautiful views looking out to the pool and gardens and the Mediterranean. High quality twin beds with upholstered headboards, bedside tables and lamps with plug sockets and usb ports.

Built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Patio doors leading to small patio area and steps leading down to the pool.

The Courtyard Twin

High quality twin beds with upholstered headboards, bedside tables and lamps with plug sockets and usb ports. Built in wardrobe.

The room also has a large smart tv on the wall with the usual Netflix, Amazon, Apple etc apps installed. (The tv can only be used as a smart tv through the wifi)

The Pool King Ensuite

Beautiful views looking out to the pool and gardens and the Mediterranean. High quality king size bed with upholstered headboards, bedside tables and lamps with plug sockets and usb ports.

Built in wardrobe with chest of drawers.
En-suite shower room with sink and toilet

Family Bathroom

Large bathroom with twin sinks, toilet, bath with overhead shower. Washing machine in built in cupboard.

All rooms in the villa have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There are also a number of hairdryers in the villa. All beds of of a high quality and extremely comfortable with 100% pure cotton bedlinen.
